How it works?

Tell us about your project
We’ll gather some information about your project online, which will help us to signpost you to the most appropriate installers to choose from… If you need a little assistance, simply call us on 0333 305 9906 to discuss.

Your installer
If you have been directed to our service via an installer, enter their PIN or we’ll match you to a number of local approved installers. Use customer reviews to help you choose the perfect installation partner!

Free home survey
Usually completed within 7 days, your installer will visit you home and provide a free, no-obligation home survey with a written and itemised quote for consideration.

Book your installation
If you’re happy to proceed, confirm the installation date by paying a deposit into a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulated account using a credit or debit card, or by bank transfer.

Pay the balance
14 days before the installation starts, pay your balance into the FCA regulated account. Remember, the installer is not paid until the work is satisfactorily complete, so your money is safe!

On completion
Confirm you’re satisfied on completion, your installer is paid and your workmanship guarantee starts. Any problems encountered and our dispute process halts payment and provides independent dispute resolution.
